Cancellation policy

• Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in future.
• If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rebooked.
• Please let us know about any health issues, matting, or behaviour we should be aware of before the groom.
• Heavily matted coats may need to be clipped short for your dog's comfort and welfare.
